This superb residence is well located with views across the mountains and woodland and is within walking distance of the Santa Ponsa Country Club and some of the island’s top golf courses. APM’s brief was to study how to make the most of the space available, to enhance and improve the layout and to transform the rooms using the latest methods and technology.

All the windows have been opened up to bring more light inside the house, the use of natural coloured stone on all the floors provides a seamless feel throughout the layout of the house. Outside, the grounds with it’s green lawns and Mediterranean planting complete the presentation of this now striking property.
