This classic villa benefits from a top location with views above Puerto de Andratx and the open sea across Andratx Bay and Dragonera Island. Before apm took on the project, the house had a dated, rustic feel and the decision was taken to update the look of the property whilst retaining the property’s mallorquine features including the high ceiling with wooden beams and the traditional stone faced façade.

The exterior layout focuses on the large terrace and pool area, which is a highlight of the property and a place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and watch the local fishing boats come and go.
