When apm acquired this detached villa in the exclusive Son Vida residential area, it looked very outdated in the old-fashioned Mediterranean villa style. It was also in need of much attention. Work started to transform this tired looking property by completely refurbishing and updating it to the highest standards and quality, right through to the installation of central heating and solar panels. Alcoraia features one main house with guest, and staff apartments and two living areas. Although the original structure of the property has been maintained, all the interiors have been updated to offer a sleek, contemporary style which extends to the new exterior façade which now features elegant, clean white lines and natural stone trim around the terrace and windows. The two outside swimming pools were completely redesigned and a separate outdoor sauna was added. Finally, new planting has been carefully landscaped to establish a beautiful garden that offers privacy, colour and texture with the evocative scents of the Mediterranean.
