This finca style villa has been refurbished throughout to create a spectacular family home that offers all modern day comforts in a stylish environment with a unique Mallorquin character. The arched, stone-faced façade has been completely restored and all the exterior terraces now feature traditional wooden beams that have been whitewashed. The floors have been carefully designed with terracotta tiles and pebble detailing in the traditional style. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area has been created to enjoy dining al fresco and the new pool area is finished in light natural coloured stone that contrasts to the vibrant green grass
of the garden and the blue pool interior. Downstairs all the rooms now feature floor to ceilings windows, bordered in white to let in lots of light transforming the kitchen, living and dining room spaces. A glass glazed ceiling is a main feature of the dining room area that now enjoys plenty of natural light. The use of natural materials has been a key factor in this project; in the kitchen, whitewashed
wooden cupboards contrast with the darker wooden shelves creating a space that is both practical and stylish. In the main lounge and living areas white walls with the high ceilings with wooden beams, add a traditional touch with a great feeling of space.
