Chameleon

The project presents tomorrow’s high-end technology, architecture and design within a stylish, comfortable and surprising environment. The house is called Chameleon because, like the reptile, it too can change its colour at the touch of a button thanks to the sophisticated LED light technology different colours can be projected in all the rooms and on the exterior facades to create a live work of art.

Located in Son Vida, the island’s most exclusive residential area, from its hill top position, Chameleon commands panoramic views across the entire Bay of Palma and the city of Palma. The project breaks with convention by featuring three independent houses; the main residence for living, the sports, spa and leisure house and a large independent guest house.

Walking through the main house, which is distributed on three floors, there’s a sense that a huge amount of thought, creative design and passion has gone into this extraordinary residence to create something really exemplary, a design which cleverly creates different areas by light, textures and colours that flow into the overall design. Most importantly, the very best quality and master craftsmen have been used for Chameleon to create a superior finish throughout.
